• Register as a scout and search for or add players to our database.
• Add the fixture at which you saw the player.
• Score or sponsor the player and give them a review.
• Other scouts can now score them for that fixture, sponsor or second them.
• Once registered you can view all the scores and opinions of other scouts.
• We want to know about any players who impress you to the extent that they can cut it at a higher level, or even professionally.

Registering with SHMI enables you to scout future football greats from their source.

What we are looking for in a player:

• Conditioning - Motivated to keep himself fit.
• Athleticism - Not necessarily quick, but it will help.
• Composure - Both on the ball, as well as off it.
• Sportsmanship - Competitive is a must. But the player must have self control.
• Football Intelligence - You know the type of player. Makes the game look easy.
• Hard Worker - Willing to work hard.
• Attitude - Must be prepared to do what it takes. If a player displays all or most of these attributes, we want to know about them.
